Srushti is preparing to take the UPSC exam in her third-year of studying engineering. After her graduation she was unsure whether or not she'd enjoy a career in engineering position. In the end, she realized that civil services was her passion and focused on the field. Her parents encouraged her to be an official in the civil service and to pursue a career in public service. Her motivation was constant and she concentrated on becoming the IAS officer. It takes more effort to be successful at UPSC. When she was studying engineering courses She also had to study for various areas of the UPSC. Everyday she carved out the time to study for exams. She was able to pass the engineering exams in just 1 1/2 months and avoided social life and social media platforms altogether. She believes that being focused solely on what needs to be done is essential to pass this exam. Her efforts were arduous to attain her aim of passing the exam at first attempt. To stay informed about the latest news she would regularly go through papers. Rajya Sabha TV and online studies were also of great help to her. This book is a great resource to IAS hopefuls who prepare rigorously for this exam.
