Geena Davis
Geena Davis is an acclaimed American actor, producer, writer and activist for women's rights. Alongside her many tasks within Hollywood she also won critical acclaim in all types of TV serials. Prior to her move into film, she was a fashion model as well as a part of the semi-finalist Team of Women's Archery in Olympics. Since childhood, her love for music has led her to studying piano and flautist. She played the organ in a church in Wareham. Her move into New York City after graduating from Boston University with a degree in theater. After a lot of struggle her career was ruined. She ended up doing in odd jobs and taking on various jobs before finally receiving her breakthrough. Prior to her debut as an actor in the movie Tootsie, she was well-known as a model. She appeared in many television serials and was able to enjoy an extremely successful acting career. Indeed she took home the Oscar Award with her film "The Accidental Traveler. In addition, she won the Golden Globe Award' for her performance in a TV drama series. Her children include two boys and one daughter through her marriage with Reza Jarrahy. She is also involved with several social cause.
